Acceptable Use Policy

Authorised administration only

Fleet Shield must only be used to track, manage, or report on fleets, vehicles, personnel, and systems that your organisation is authorised to administer. Do not use Fleet Shield to monitor people, vehicles, or systems you don't have a legitimate, authorised right to monitor.

Prohibited activity

You must not use Fleet Shield, or any demonstration or trial environment, to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Track or monitor a vehicle, device, or person without proper authorisation
• Share, reuse, or misuse another user's login credentials
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt Fleet Shield's systems or infrastructure
• Introduce malware, or otherwise engage in malicious technical activity
• Conduct unlawful surveillance of any kind
• Submit classified, protected, or operationally sensitive information into the product, a support request, or a demonstration environment
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent authentication or access controls
• Reverse engineer the product beyond what's expressly permitted by applicable law
• Use a demonstration or trial environment for anything other than genuine evaluation of the product

Consequences

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access, in line with the Terms of Service.
